ARD Family Resource Centre provides assistance and guidance to families & individuals who find themselves in challenging situations.
Scope of support provided:

Assessing service users needs and developing plans.

Helping service users access their rights and entitlements.

Liaising with other professionals and agencies and facilitating onward referrals to specialized supports.

Providing case management and follow-up services.

Promoting positive relationships.

Encouraging community participation and social inclusion.
